Ersilia is a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who brings passion and care to her role as the Baby Room Lead. Originally from Italy, she moved here seven years ago and quickly fell in love with teaching. Ersi also shares her heritage by teaching Italian classes, delighting in the joy on the children’s faces as they learn to speak Italian, count, and engage with stories. Her nurturing approach creates a warm and inspiring environment for young learners. Outside of work, Ersi enjoys cooking, baking, walking in nature, and cherishing quality time with her family.
