Mary is a highly experienced Early Years professional with a Level 6 qualification in Early Childcare and a Level 6 SENCO certification. With 14 years of teaching experience, she has a deep passion for working with children with special needs and takes her role as the DSL very seriously, ensuring the well-being and safety of every child in her care. Mary also holds a Level 3 in Forest School, fostering children’s inquisitive minds and encouraging their love for nature and exploration. She finds joy in making a difference in children’s lives, forming meaningful bonds, and nurturing their curiosity. Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling, walking her dog, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
